POVERTY ERADICATION
Eradicating poverty in all its forms remains one of humanity’s greatest challenges. In Nigeria, nearly 90 million people—about half of the country’s population—live on less than $1.90 a day. This extreme poverty leaves millions without adequate food, housing, healthcare, or education.
World leaders have committed to ending poverty by 2030, but this goal is unattainable without addressing the discrimination that keeps women disproportionately affected. Women are more likely to live in poverty due to unequal access to paid work, education, and property.
Commitment to Ending Poverty
MODJOSHCARE CHARITY INITIATIVE (MCCI) is dedicated to ending poverty through initiatives focused on income security, decent work, and economic autonomy. We provide training and practical skills to economically empower women, giving them a voice and the tools to improve their lives.
